What we collect, and what we don't.

When you submit the availability form we receive what you enter: your business name, business category, city, ZIP code, phone number, email address, website, the size of spot you are interested in, and any message you add.

We use it for one purpose — to check which advertising categories are open in your market and to reply to you about it. We may contact you about the campaign you asked about and about later campaigns in the same market. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

Our web server keeps standard request logs — IP address, the page requested, the time, the browser’s user-agent string. These are the ordinary by-product of serving a website and are used for security and troubleshooting.

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics package, no tag manager, no advertising pixels and no session tracking. Nothing follows you between visits or across sites.

• We do not sell or rent personal information.
• We do not share your details with the other businesses on a mailer.
• We do not buy contact lists to add you to anything.
• We do not run behavioural advertising or retargeting.

We use third parties to host this site, deliver email and — once configured — to store enquiries in a customer record system. They process information only to provide those services to us. Printing and mailing partners receive the artwork and distribution instructions for a campaign; they do not receive enquiry data from this website.

Campaign distribution is geographic. Mail is delivered to every address on the postal carrier routes an advertiser selects. We do not build household profiles, we do not target recipients by demographic characteristics, and we do not obtain or hold a list of the individual residents who receive a card.

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick the conversation back up. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will.

Email hello@everydoorlocal.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law; tell us what you want and we will handle it rather than asking you to prove you qualify.

This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant — particularly if we ever add analytics or cookies — we will say so plainly rather than quietly revising the text.
