FAQ
The questions we actually get.
What exactly am I buying?
A spot on a shared postcard that gets mailed to homes in the area you pick. You are buying local reach — the postcard is how it gets there. Your ad block is designed for you, printed, and delivered with the rest of the card.
Who else is on the card with me?
Other local businesses that do not compete with you. A card might carry a roofer, an HVAC company, a dentist, a landscaper and a restaurant. We reserve one position per category on every campaign, so you are never placed beside a direct competitor.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the market, how many households the campaign covers, which format it runs in, and when it mails. Because the card is shared, you carry a portion of the total campaign cost rather than the whole thing. Tell us your area and we will quote the campaigns available there.
Do I have to design the ad myself?
No. We design your ad block, send you a proof, and it does not print until you approve it. If you have brand assets we will use them; if you do not, we will build something that fits the card.
How do I know where it gets mailed?
You choose the market and we show you the distribution area for that campaign — the ZIP codes and carrier routes it covers — before you commit.
Is my industry available in my area?
That is the first thing we check. Availability moves campaign by campaign, so the honest answer is that we have to look. Send us your business category and city and we will tell you what is open.
What size are the postcards?
Two formats. The 9×12 is the flagship — oversized, hard to miss in a stack of mail, and it carries the most advertisers. The 6×12 is a narrower card with a tighter roster.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
No — orders are final once placed. The moment you order we start designing your advertisement, we close your category on that card and turn away competing businesses, and we commit print quantities and postage for the distribution. Those costs are spent whether or not your ad runs, so we cannot refund them. You can change your artwork right up until you approve the proof; after approval the card goes to print and nothing further can change. The one exception is our own error — if we get your advertisement wrong we will reprint it, place a corrected version on a following campaign, or credit your next one.
When will I see results?
We will not promise you a number. Direct mail tends to work through repetition and recognition rather than a single hit, and the outcome depends on your offer, your category and your market. What we can tell you precisely is how many households a campaign reaches and what your ad will look like when it arrives.
