Every Door Local

Postcard advertising

Postcard advertising, without buying the whole postcard.

Every household on the routes you choose receives the card. You pay for your position on it, not for the entire campaign.

A person holding an Every Door Local 9 by 12 inch shared mailer at chest height in a kitchen, showing how large the card is in the hand

Actual size

Nine inches by twelve.

Big enough that it will not slide into the stack of window envelopes. It gets picked up, turned over and put down somewhere — which is most of the battle.

Larger than a sheet of paper
A letter page is 8½ × 11. This is bigger, and it arrives face up rather than folded in an envelope.
It does not stack
Oversized mail sits on top of the pile instead of disappearing into it.
Eight businesses fit comfortably
At this size each advertiser gets a real advertisement — logo, offer, services, a code and a phone number — not a directory line.

Why direct mail

Your customers still check their mail.

Not because digital stopped working, but because the mailbox is one of the few places a local business can show up without bidding against a national brand.

A postcard occupies physical space. It gets carried from the mailbox to the counter, and it sits there — sometimes for weeks — where a scrolled-past impression cannot.

It is also unambiguously local. Everyone who receives it lives inside the area you serve, which is not something most advertising channels can promise without a targeting setting you have to trust.

And it connects to everything else you do. A QR code on your ad block takes someone straight to your booking page, your reviews or a specific offer — so the card is the introduction and your site does the rest.

We are not going to tell you direct mail beats digital advertising. It is a different channel with different strengths, and the businesses that do best with it usually run both.

This isn’t another digital ad.

It’s something your customer can hold onto.

  • Your business
  • Your offer
  • Your phone number
  • A scannable QR code
  • A local household
  • A targeted neighborhood
